He's back from Down Under
Tyler is back from Australia and I am sad to report he does not have an accent. Oh well. I think he had a better Australian accent before he left. Now he does it and it sounds kind of English.
Anyhow, he had a great time. He hardly called me, so I know he must have been having fun. There were some cousins there for him to play with and I think he really loved that. He saw a wallaby with a baby Joey in it's pouch. He saw kookaburra's and koala bears. He fed Kangaroos at the zoo and he said that one of the kangaroos took his food and fed it to his baby. Tyler thought that was neat. He said he took a picture of the little baby. I haven't seen his pictures yet, but he has told me ALL about them. He said that I was going to love the kookaburra's because their body was all furry and they are "really weird". He lost a tooth while he was there and the tooth fairy gave him Australian money!! He was really happy about that. He learned all about rugby and how to play but he tells me it is a "pretty rough sport". He said he woke up early every morning and he waited until about 6 or 7 and then he went into the kitchen because that is when aunt Susan went to the kitchen and he had peanut butter toast for breakfast. He loved their house and told me about 50 times that cost a million dollars!! He is so funny. He went to the zoo while he was there and also went to a wedding. We all know how Tyler loves him a wedding! The funny thing is I asked him how the wedding was and he told me, "I slept! I didn't even get to do one of my dance moves." Australia you don't even know what you are missing!
It's seems like he had an amazing time. He talks a lot about it. You know Tyler, some things he can talk and talk about and then other times he has nothing to say. Max and Linda said they hardly slept on the plane but Tyler had no problem because he was spread out across them! He slept with them every night while he was there and he loves that.
I know he is glad to be home which is a nice feeling. I love it when he misses me! : )
