Twix, I am your father
So by now you know we moved. Me and Tyler moved into a new place wit Deborah and Twix. Deborah is Twix's mother and Tyler gets to be the dad. Guess what that makes me? That's right - the granny. Tyler takes this whole dad thing serious too. Every time he gets the chance he reminds Twix, "Twix - I'm your dad!" He told Deborah one time that he doesn't think Twix knows he is the dad. Funny. So now for Halloween Tyler is going to be Darth Vader. We picked up his costume the other night and he wears every night around the house and chases after Twix going, "Twix, I am your father" in his best Darth Vader voice. It is really pretty funny. We tried to find Twix a Luke costume - but no go.
Another funny story: I knew that Tyler wanted to be Darth Vader for Halloween, so I have been looking for costumes for him all the time. I figure DV will be a hot costume this year and I didn't want to not be able to find one. So the other night me and Deborah were at the mall and I saw the Star Wars costumes. Of course they didn't have Tylers size in DV, but I looked at all the costumes for what I could be and they had Princess Leia. When I told Tyler about the costumes and he asked me what they had and I told him Princess Leia, Clone Troopers, Obi-one and Chewbacca. Can you guess which one he wants me to be??? CHEWBACCA! I told him no way - I want to be the princess. He laughs hysterically every time we even talk about it because he thinks it would be so funny for me to be all hairy!

Guess who lost a tooth?
Sorry, it's been awhile... Tyler has had a loose tooth on the bottom for some time now. I think he wiggles it all the time, but the thing just has not wanted to come out! Last night when he was brushing his teeth for bed, he must have gotten it pretty good because it was hanging on it's last thread and bleeding. If you know my son - you know his reaction! He hates blood! He of course was freaking out and he wouldn't swallow so blood was just pooling in his mouth - how gross! Finally I got him to spit and rinse his mouth. I could tell it was ready to come out so I told him to twist it but he didn't want to. I was afraid he was going to swallow the thing in his sleep, so I made him! (Hello, he did swallow the last one!) Well, let's just say that living with me and Deborah and our flair for the dramatics has gotten to him. He was crying and twisting the tooth and when it come out he was nearly hysterical! He threw his hands up in the air and yelled, "YES! YES!" But keep in mind he was crying so the sound coming out was pretty funny. He had booth fists up in the air like he just won this huge victory. I was laughing so hard. Eventually he settled down and I asked him if it hurt and he said no. Weird. So, the toothfairy was at our house last night.
